All of our rentals are fully furnished, including towels, linens, and everything you need to cook and eat in the kitchen!

All utilities are included, even high speed Wi-Fi!

We don't charge extra per person or per animal.

The only additional fee we add to rent is a $250 move-out/cleaning fee.

We specialize in flexible lease terms. We have a one month minimum stay, and after that you can go month to month or set a lease term that works for you. Rent is prorated by the day, so you’ll only pay for the days you stay.

Absolutely! We love working with employers, insurance companies, and relocation services. In those cases, we just need:

• A signed lease guarantee or confirmation from the company: Download our sample guarantee letter here

• No personal income, employment, or rental history is required
  

All of our rentals are pet-friendly! We have a maximum of 4 animals allowed. We do not charge "pet rent" or any "pet fees".

We do require that all applicants complete pet screening after application approval, even if you don’t have pets.

• Screening is $25 per pet annually when paying by ACH

• No charge if you don’t have pets or if your animal is a service/assistance animal

We offer virtual tours first - please see our website for photos and videos of the property. When we are hosting a guest, we do not disturb them by offering tours or showings - and we won't disturb you during your stay either! In-person tours may be available if a unit is empty.
